Debbie has over 15 years of global drug development and life cycle management experience in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry overseeing cross-functional global product development. As the Executive Director of Program & Alliance Management, Debbie leads global cross-functional planning and alliance management for Maverick Therapeutics’ COBRA™ pipeline. Debbie joined Maverick in 2017, during the company’s early development phase, as Sr. Director, Head of Program Management.

Prior to joining Maverick, Debbie worked at Coherus Biosciences and advanced to Sr. Program Director of Program Management. As Program Director, she was responsible for global cross-functional planning that resulted in the US launch of UDENYCA® and IND-enabling advancement of the ranibizumab biosimilar pipeline program.

Prior to Coherus Biosciences, Debbie worked at Jazz Pharmaceutical as Director of Program Management. Her cross-functional planning contributed to the successful US launch of Defitelio®.

Earlier in her career, Debbie served in positions with increasing responsibility at Amgen, Inc. in Thousand Oaks, culminating in a position as Director, Global Program Management – Strategic Operations and Commercialization. During her nine years at Amgen, Debbie led clinical planning of Amgen’s oncology programs contributing to global approvals of Nplate® and Vectibix®. As Director, Debbie led and directed global cross-functional planning, product strategy team communications, implementation of cross-functional product strategies and tactical plans, and oversight of strategic alliances for Nplate® and several other early development pipeline programs. Debbie started her industry career at Takeda Pharmaceutical. As their Associate Project Management consultant, she conducted cross-functional planning on R&D lifecycle management teams in the general medicine therapeutic area.

Debbie received her B.S. in Biology from University of Illinois at Chicago, and her MBA and Master of Project Management from the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
